Russian crypto miners are finally getting their act together – or at least trying to. A new bill regulating the industry has been approved by the State Duma (Russia’s lower house) and is set to become law on September 1st. This means that Russian miners will have to register with the government, follow strict guidelines, and disclose information about their digital currency transactions
