The never-ending saga of crypto scams continues! It seems like just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water, another MEV bot comes along and starts making off with millions. This time around, we have “jaredfromsubway” 2.0, because who needs a new name anyway? The upgrade from last year’s model is impressive – instead of just executing simple sandwich attacks on DeFi protocols, this one can add liquidity to the mix! It’s like they say: if you want something done right, give it to a bot that was inspired by a convicted child sex offender. Meanwhile, users are left holding the bag (or rather, their wallets) as these bots continue to suck millions out of DeFi protocols with impunity. And don’t even get me started on those “sophisticated” multi-layered sandwich attacks – it’s like they’re trying to make crypto look more complicated than a spreadsheet full of Ponzi scheme math problems.
